Day 675. 5th October 2008. Selamat Hari Raya event, Another 200, Boss drops, Others…

I didn’t take any videos last week. I know I should have but the time wasn’t rite. So I missed out a lot on events. 1 Week without videos. Zzz.. Hopefully I will be quick enough to capture videos this coming week as something new is coming up. =)

Selamat Hari Raya event

So to start off, Selamat Hari Raya to all maplers who celebrates it. ^^. It is a festive event celebrated mostly by people of the Malay race. It is an event seeking for forgiveness from loved ones and to meet up with all family members. So to celebrate this festive, MapleSEA decided to held an event for this. 1st up, they gave 6 hours of x2 exp from 1.00 pm ~ 7.00 pm. Then the 2nd event was a Hari Raya Event – “A Day to Celebrate”.

So since there was x2 exp, ppl would start camping maps. I didn’t know that maps would be camped and be filled with maplers. This doesn’t happen at all during normal training hours. During normal training hours, there will be 2~4 channels occupied in Dukus in Delphinus server. Same goes for Skelegon maps. But once the x4 exp event came, all the maps were packed. But I was lucky enough to get a slot for training at Dukus. I trained with 2 NL, SlNI0rd, lvl 17x and WatashiLDes lvl 17x. The exp was good for me and we trained all the way until the event starts.

Hari Raya Event – “A Day to Celebrate”

In this event, Maplers are to setup their love balloons or congratulation banners up in Sleepywood. Maplers have to write forgiving / forgiveness messages in this banners. It starts from 6.00 pm ~ 7.00 pm. All these banners must be put up at chn 11 at sleepywood. So then there were many maplers there. All hanging around and spamming. Wanting to win the mystery prize. It was said to be a moon char. So I decided to join in too. Only the mystery prize attracted me. The other prizes weren’t much as they were only mesos. And it was only 1 million mesos. In this era in Delphinus, 1m mesos is nothing. -__-

So I took part in this event too hoping I could win the mystery prize. It won’t be easy. Not much maplers joined in too. There were a total about 10+ banners only. Not as much as what I have expected. Probably the others were too busy training coz the x4 exp was still running. The results are going to be announced on MapleSEA website. I can’t wait for the results to come. At least I know we will all be winners somehow. =3

Another 200

Another 200 has risen again in Delphinus server. It is now a bishop again. It is HongDoudou, who had just reached lvl 200 a few days ago. Another bishop lvl 200 in Delphinus. Probably the 6th one now. She was also known as Elvin’s wife. And so megas came. It was during the afternoon when she reached lvl 200 if I wasn’t mistaken. I was training at dukus at that moment.

And gratz once again to another lvl 200 in Delphinus. It pushes me to work and train harder. >_<

Boss drops!!

Couple of boss fights during this week. But there weren’t any Horntails. It was due to the Organizer, Sinsin being busy with personal stuffs canceling all Horntail Runs. But never the less, boss fighting continues.

Krexel

Lots of Krexel fights. Be it solo-ing or group. I got a couple of good equips too. Not very good but just ok. I manage to sell most of my drops from Krexel. And just in 1 day, on a Saturday, all my equips, all 3 dimon wand was sold, craven sold, blood dagger sold, and 2 Zedbug wa 105 were sold. I could c mesos coming in. ^^

I also tried organizing a guild Krexel run. It was quite fast about 40 mins. I thought it would be longer luckily it didn’t. We didn’t manage to kill it during the x4 drop rate though but at least next time I would know when to start if I were to bring that much ppl in. Fighting Krexel is easy and it’s best to kill it as fast as possible.

Zakum

We did our usual Zk runs on monday. There were a total of 11 of us during the Zakum run. It was fast. We killed it in less than half n hour. Since it was that fast, we decided to go for a 2nd run. Also the drops were wonderful. In 2 runs, a total of 5 weapons dropped. It was because we killed Zakum during the x4 drop rate hour. 2 pinakas, it was wonderful. The pinakas were sold to guild members at half price if they really needed it. The other drops were given to me to be in charge of to be sold off.

It was a quick and profitable run. If we could down Zakum this fast all the time, we would even go for Zakum everyday. It just depends on the availability of the Atker’s time.

After the Zakum run, I went to do the zakum quest with some of my guild members. I was lacking in the eye of fire and I bet some of them were too. We were left with only 1 eye of fire. Fighting Zakum is tat troublesome especially getting the eye of fire. So we decided to do the quest. It has been a very very long time since I last did the quest. I almost forgotten how it should be done. Anywayz, I won’t mention much about it. But I took almost an hour ++ just to finish the whole quest. Zzz. At least I finished it and earn some mesos back from selling the extra gold tooth which I hunted.

BG A, BG B and Grandpa BOSS

Just the other day I did it again. I did once again known to be the most impossible thing. I solo-ed BG A, BG B and grandpa boss again. This time it didn’t take me up to 6 hours of coz. It was shorted. I now know the time needed for me to solo it. I didn’t’ took any videos as killing it so fast shocked me. I only manage to take screenshots of it. So not much a proof but at least it was something. I also brought along my priest but later on he died at BG b as I have forgotten about him. =(

I will have to record this down as it’s really useful for me. And mayb give a hint to others bowmasters who would like to solo it too.

Bodyguard B: 1 hour 45 minutes

It was crazy. I managed to solo it all once again. I did it again. But the drops weren’t tat good and the exp too, coz I killed it during a non x2 drop rate time and a non x2 exp time. It was a waste. But it was great. I also bought the Auto MP for pet. It helps a lot. It reduces the time taken for me to nid to pot MP which can easily kill 1 if a mistake occurred. So thanks to Auto MP pot. It helps me both in battling out Bodyguards and also krexel.

I too leveled up to lvl 192. Yey. Finally made it coz of the x4 exp event tat day. So then continue on. I try to train as much as I can trying to reduce slacking time. Since horntail is canceled for the whole week, I should take this opportunity to train as much as I can. But it is so hard to level now. So hard to find parties at Dukus. I’m trying to look for lvl 15x to train at Dukus. Those maplers lvl 15x would come to ask for parties. While those above lvl 15x above would run away without saying a word. It just makes me wonder why. Was it because my dmg was low, or was it coz they have a party? As what I have known, it was mostly coz of my reputation and the guild I’m in. That prevents them from partying with me. What can I do about that? If they wish to solo train, then so be it. But solo training is so hard and slow compared to a party. I just wanted to train with a lvl 15x above because my lvl is so high now and accepting any lvls below tat are alredi considered leeching. That’s why I only party lvl 15x above. I’m trying to look for a fix party now for dukus, but still no good response.

And time to rejoice!! A new month is now here and new patches!! As I have predicted, the new patch is going to be the Malaysia Extension Map. It has alredi been announced in the MapleSEA website. The new patch is going to be the:

I have alredi checked out the monster lvls. The monsters weren’t that high lvl and not much to be look forwarded to. It was just be another exciting map for me to visit and play around. It will be interesting and fantastic with it’s new background and scenery. I’m hoping that its boss which is said to be coming out soon, won’t be as disappointing as the monsters. Let’s hope so, X_x
